Our Mission, Vision and Values
If you’re considering working with us, exploring our mission, vision and values will help you decide whether we’d make a great fit.
At Enthuse, we also practice what we preach. That means we’re not going to just sit here telling you that you should spend time investing in your own mission, vision and values. We’re ready to put the work in too - to lead from the front and inspire you to carve your own path.
Our Mission
To create workplaces people enjoy working in, where enthusiam thrives.
Our Vision
For everyone to love their job and feel happy to be at work.
Our Values
From our families, friends, colleagues, neighbours, clients and the employees of our client organisations, we love people!
We love finding out more about them, building relationships and working with them to achieve something.
Nothing great was achieved without enthusiasm so why would you do anything that you weren’t enthusiastic about?
Okay, sometimes we have to do things we don’t like doing, but as long as you have enthusiasm for the main purpose and objective of your job, then you can put up with the dry stuff.
Humans are social creatures.
No one ever fell in love without communicating with each other, no child was ever taught without communication, no great idea or invention ever came to life without communicating it to others.
No one likes to be kept in the dark, so we value communication as one of the human race’s greatest and most valuable skills.
Our aim is to keep stressful situations to a minimum and yet we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to do great work, so we have to find a balance.
No one wants to work with a stress-head, a shouter or a huffer-puffer.
It has developed over centuries and continues to develop now. We love how words and tone of voice can be used to help someone understand and how we can break down complexity to make things simple. That means we have massive respect for the grandfathers and grandmothers of our language and honour them with correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
We don’t jump straight to tactics because that is not the right thing to do.
We want to make sure that whatever we do works, so we always start with clear objectives and strategies and then we bring that to life through creative, yet practical, tactical solutions.
